Haley Hitchman began her career in the financial services industry in 2008, during the height of the Great Recession. This formative experience provided her with a strong foundation in navigating market volatility and guiding clients through complex economic conditions. She served as a financial advisor with a local investment firm, where she became a partner in 2016. In this role, she was actively involved in portfolio research and construction, comprehensive financial planning, and the strategic growth of the firm’s client base.


In 2024, Haley founded Hitchman Financial Consulting, where she provides personalized investment management and financial planning services. She is deeply committed to building meaningful client relationships and empowering individuals and families with the confidence to pursue their financial goals.

In 2025, Haley earned a Master’s Degree in Financial Planning and Financial Psychology from Creighton University, further strengthening her expertise in both the technical and behavioral aspects of financial decision-making.
